Enhanced access
We offer extended access appointments across Creffield Medical Group from 6:30pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday, please ask the receptionist for more information on the next available appointment.
The appointments we offer on Saturdays are book in advance appointments only. We are unable to offer any appointments to anyone that has not booked an appointment prior to that day.
Details of your appointment, including the location of your appointment (if booked during enhanced access hours) will be given by reception at the time of booking.
Surgery training afternoons
Every few months the practices close for an afternoon to allow us to undertake training for staff and GPs. This means that, on that day only, all our three surgeries close at midday instead of 6:30pm. On these afternoons, access to a GP is provided through the out of hours service; you will be automatically directed to them from our usual surgery number.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Dentist
Please note doctors are not trained in dental matters. All dentists are required to provide an emergency service and you should be able to get any advice from them. If you require emergency dental treatment you can also contact an emergency dentist on 111.
Out of hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery reopens.
